What is Stronger Memory?
Developed by Goodwin, the Stronger Memory Program is designed to improve brain health. The program involves 30 minutes of reading, writing, and math exercises. The goal is to stimulate the part of the brain that helps with retrieving memory.
To help active older adults in the community, Generations Central hosts a 1-hour Stronger Memory session every Tuesday. Our Stronger Memory program involves more activities for social engagement.
